MANKATO — A new hilltop drive-thru coffee/pastry shop’s grand opening is Friday.
Rob McGregor and Chris Plasek’s business at 1060 Madison Ave. is Mankato’s second Scooter’s Coffee location.
Customers who use the business’ mobile app Friday will be eligible for a BOGO beverage special.
The first Scooter’s in Mankato is on Coneflower Lane, near Prairie Winds School.
