CUMBERLAND — A Georgia man was jailed without bond early Sunday after he kicked in a door of a residence in the first block of Decatur Street, according to Cumberland Police.
Police found the described suspect, Curtis L. Jones, 27, of Valdosta, Georgia, on nearby Baltimore Street after he ran from the scene of the early morning burglary.
Jones remained jailed without bail Monday on charges of burglary in the fourth degree, intoxicated disturbance, disorderly conduct and related charges. He was also issued a citation for littering after he kicked over a trash receptacle as he ran from the scene, police said.
