BECKLEY, W.Va. — Frankfort graduate and WVU Tech freshman Cam Lynch was named a second-team All-River States Conference selection on Friday.
The RSC is in the NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics), a division of college sports made up of small four-year colleges, but can award athletic scholarships.
Lynch posted a 3.60 ERA in conference play this season which was sixth-best.
He was top 10 in innings pitched (35), strikeouts (32) and wins (3).
Lynch allowed 14 earned runs off 32 hits and 12 walks.
Lynch earned two All-Area selections at Frankfort including as afirst-team catcher in 2024.
As a senior, Lynch led the Falcons to its first state title since 1988 and threw a complete game shutout in the championship game against Independence.
