For the third consecutive year, BankOnBuffalo hosted several members of the Niagara Falls High School senior class at the bank’s headquarters in Buffalo for its Career Pathways Shadowing Program.
The students, who were interested in learning about potential careers in banking, had the opportunity to spend the day with members of BankOnBuffalo’s leadership team, representing each of the organization’s main functional areas, including Retail and Small Business/Commercial banking, Human Resources, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, IT among others.
The bankers provided insights and perspectives on each function, allowing the students to gain a deeper understanding of the scope and nature of the work.
