Niagara Falls Police are investigating a wrong-way crash on Ferry Avenue that occurred about 5:45 a.m. Monday morning.
The crash at Ferry Avenue and Tronolone Place involved a Hyundai Elantra and an A-1 Taxi cab.
A preliminary investigation determined the Hyundai Elantra was travelling west — the wrong way, on Ferry Avenue, a one-way street — when it collided with a taxi cab travelling eastbound on Ferry.
The drivers of both vehicles were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Hyundai is facing a number of traffic tickets related to the crash.
