Fairfield Glade Ladies Club announced the recipients of this years’ charitable gifts have been awarded a total of $52,700.
Throughout the year, the women of the club run multiple fundraisers with the aim of providing resources to many of the Cumberland County nonprofit 501c3 organizations.
These philanthropic organizations are invited to submit applications for review and selection by a committee from the club. The organizations provide a wide range of resources to residents of Cumberland County.
The following organizations were selected for awards for the 2024-2025 year: Creative Compassion, Christian Counseling Center, TAD Center, Common Grounds, Peavine Care Center, Wild About Cats, Cat Trap Fever, CASA of TN Valley: Cumberland County, Visually Impaired Support Group, Crab Orchard Care Center, Youth Bowling Scholarships of TN, CC Community Bands (STARTS Program), Cumberland County School District, Youth Achievement of Cumberland County, Cumberland House Hospice, Cumberland County Youth Marines, Plateau Women’s Chorus, Cumberland County Playhouse, UT Gardens, Fair Park Senior Center, Fairfield Glade Fire Department, ARC of Cumberland County, Art Circle Library Foundation and Fairfield Glade Residence Services.
In addition to these contributions, each month the club highlights a cause and contributes to them.
The Fairfield Glade Ladies Club is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, established exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes. The club’s mission is to provide educational and charitable giving, direct community service and social opportunities for its members.
