BAKER, W.Va. — Trailing 6-0 in the fourth, Keyser scored seven in the top of the inning to take a 7-6 lead.
East Hardy scored three unanswered runs to earn a 9-7 win on Wednesday.
The big swing for the Golden Tornado (5-17-1) in the top of the fourth was a grand slam by Hunter Harr that put Keyser ahead.
Mason Hamilton singled in the bottom of the sixth to put the Cougars (8-14) ahead for good before Levi Price added an insurance run on a single two batters later.
Garrett VanMeter sent a two-run shot to center in the bottom of the second for East Hardy.
The Cougars’ Evan Hamilton and Mason Hamilton each recorded three hits while VanMeter and Price each had two.
Lucas Williamson went six innings for the Tornado, charged with nine runs (three earned) off 10 hits and two walks with five strikeouts.
Both teams end the regular season on Thursday as Keyser faces Berkeley Springs while East Hardy plays No. 5 Petersburg (15-5).
Grace 17, Calvary 2
POTOMAC PARK — Grace’s nine-run third inning led the Knights over Calvary in five innings on Wednesday.
Five of the nine came off errors by the Eagles (1-8) who committed six.
Easton Wagner was one of three Calvary players with a hit, also stealing three bases.
The Eagles host Broadfording to end the regular season on Thursday.
Musselman 13, Moorefield 3
INWOOD, W.Va. — Leading 5-3 after three innings, Musselman took control with a six-run fourth to defeat Moorefield on Wednesday.
The Applemen’s fourth-inning runs came off doubles from Ryder Ganse, Will Polvinale and Ethan Hinchman along with a sacrifice bunt and a walk.
The Yellow Jackets (4-20) combined for nine hits with Trevor Baldwin, Oliver Crites and Ben Watts each recording a pair.
Moorefield heads to Elkins on Thursday for the regular-season finale.
