Kids eagerly took to the field on a mission Saturday morning during the 2024 Foundation of CVPH Easter Egg hunt held on the grounds of the University of Vermont Health Network Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital.
Crisp morning weather did little to slow down the hundreds of kids that gathered for the event, which featured nearly 10,000 eggs scattered around.
As usual, the event featured one egg hunting ground for kids ages 3 and younger and a separate field for older kids.
Along with candy, some of the eggs featured a coupon for a free kid’s meal from Texas Roadhouse.
True to the event’s reputation as the fastest two minutes in Plattsburgh, the kids cleared the yard of eggs in little over a minute.

Kids descended on Ballard Park in Westport and Cobble Hill Golf Course in Elizabethtown for a chance to find some tasty treats and be greeted by the Easter Bunny.
