CUMBERLAND — A Cumberland man was killed Saturday in a vehicle accident in Bedford County, Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania State Police said James W. Ruby, 36, died in the 10:19 p.m. crash on Chaneysville Road.
Police said Ruby was driving a 2021 Ram 1500 that crossed a double yellow line and struck an oncoming vehicle before hitting a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the second vehicle, a Honda CRV, was not injured.
