Cumberland House Hospice Auxiliary has received a grant of $750 from VEC Customers Share Program.
The utility collects funds from VEC customers who agree to have their electric bills rounded up to the nearest dollar. These contributions go directly to the program and we urge VEC customers to join in this important endeavor. This grant makes Volunteer Energy Cooperative a funding organization of Hospice of Cumberland County and Cumberland House.
Cumberland House Hospice Auxiliary is most grateful for VEC’s continued support of our six-bed residential facility operated by nonprofit Hospice of Cumberland County.
Cumberland House is staffed 24/7 to provide nursing care for terminally ill patients in a home-like setting.
