Crossville Save A Lot, owned by local business leader Melvin Davis, is proud to introduce the Give Back to the Classroom Fundraiser Program, a unique initiative aimed at benefiting Stone Elementary School. The program is being test-launched with the goal of fostering community connections while providing much-needed support for local students.
Partnering with 2M Media, the fundraiser is set to make a significant impact without adding extra work for school staff. There’s no need for ordering, product delivery, or money collection — just a simple, hassle-free way for families to support their children’s school while
shopping locally.
How the Program Works:
• School-Wide Participation: This is a school-wide fundraiser open to all students at Stone Elementary.
• Punch Card Distribution: Each student will receive 10 punch cards to share with family, friends, and neighbors. Students will take the punch cards home to encourage their community to shop at Save A Lot.
How Points Are Earned:
• Spend $50 or less per visit, shoppers earn a punch. Six punches (six visits) equals 100 points.
• Spend $50 or more per visit, shoppers earn a punch. Six punches (six visits) equals 200 points.
• Completed Punch Cards must be turned in to Save A Lot for the points to be counted.
• Real-Time Updates: Fundraising progress will be tracked and shared on social media.
Families can follow along to see which student, classroom and grade level is in the lead. A QR code will link to live updates on the leaderboard, making it easy for everyone to stay informed.
Celebrating Success:
The classroom and top students per grade level with the most points will win prizes. Additionally, Stone Elementary will receive a donation for its Positive Behavior Intervention System (PBIS) program, which will help fund school-wide field trips.
“This program is truly a win-win for everyone,” said Melvin Davis, owner of Crossville Save A Lot. “It’s a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together, support local students, and shop locally. We’re excited to partner with Stone Elementary to make this a fun and impactful experience.”
Crossville Save A Lot is a locally-owned grocery store. As a proud supporter of local schools and organizations, Save A Lot continues to find new ways to give back and strengthen its community ties.
