Downtown Crossville property owners, business tenants and business owners planning exterior improvements are encouraged to attend a facade grant orientation meeting March 31.
The program helps enhance historic buildings, support economic development and beautify downtown.
Eligible projects may receive up to 75% reimbursement for facade improvements.
Grant highlights include up to $30,000 total project support and restoration of historic downtown buildings.
Topics to be covered during the session include the DIG program overview and eligibility, available facade improvements, required application materials, and design guidelines for historic buildings.
There will be time for questions, and one-on-one guidance will be offered.
