The Crossville Memorial Airport on Sparta Hwy. recently opened a new terminal to allow passengers a wider seating area.
Crossville officials including Mayor RJ Crawford, Mayor Allen Foster and Councilman Rob Harrison and Art Gernt along with a few of the Miss Cumberland Seniors attended the ribbon-cutting for the new wing of the airport.
The airport allowed attendees to take a tour of the facility and explore a small aircraft with 10 executive level seats. Pilot Michael Yeager told the Chronicle that they often use the aircraft to fly citizens to Florida and back.
