Cumberland Medical Center’s Cancer Support Fund added $1,720 recently thanks to donations from Crossville Memorial Airport annual Fly-In and support from Azure Flights Services and Whisper Aero. On hand for the donation are, from left, Crossville City Manager Greg Wood, CMC President Randy Davis, CMC Cancer Center and Breast Center Manager Tom Rally, Whisper Aero CEO Mark Moore and Azure Flight Services Partner Allen Howell. Rally explained the fund is used to support patients in the community who need help purchasing nutritional shakes or creams and salves for their skin while undergoing treatment, gas cards to assist with daily travel to the Cancer Center or other needs associated with their cancer care plan. All funds are used in the community, Rally added.
