Coming Sunday: Rockwell RV & Adventure Park

A proposed commercial recreation complex featuring the region’s largest campground, Minnesota’s only wakeboarding park, an aquatics park and deep-water climbing walls may begin to appear in less than a year on 90 acres of quarry land on Mankato’s north side.
A related project aims to construct up to 16 miles of premier mountain bike trails — free and open to the public — within and around the quarries.
“… It’s going to be fantastic,” promises project developer Joe Holtmeier.
