Coming Sunday: Helping monarchs

A decision will be made in December about whether to add the monarch to a federal list of endangered species. In the meantime, public works crews in Blue Earth County are exploring ways to create habitat for the butterfly and local young citizen scientists are helping track the migratory insect that spends winters in Mexico.
