NORTH MANKATO — Free children’s coats will be offered 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Spring Lake Park’s warming house.
The giveaway is sponsored by Knights of Columbus Council 5551, North Mankato, and Council 901, Mankato. Recipients do not need to register or show proof of income.
Proceeds from the councils’ pancake breakfast fundraisers were used to provide about 200 coats in a variety of sizes.
