Clay City FFA makes sure to keep its chapter members engaged.
Under the leadership of Jesse Hosselton, Clay City FFA is involved in both its school and community. Led by 2026 officers President Kamden Bruner, Vice President Jackson Dye, Secretary Kynadie Mitchel, Treasurer Madison Hinterscher, Reporter Taylee Gray, Sentinel Jaxon Prochazka and Student Advisor Ethan Sullens, Clay City FFA has a strong leadership at the helm.
The Clay City Chapter stays active in section activities, competing against and bonding with their local counterparts. Recently, Clay City FFA won the Section 23 Dodgeball Tournament in Mt. Carmel. The students were excited about taking home that title. In addition to the fun of a dodgeball tournament, the students also compete in other CDE competitions, such as agronomy. Students also participate in Parliamentary Procedure and Conduct of Chapter Meetings competition.
During FFA Week, Clay City FFA will have lots of fun on the docket for students, staff and community members. They will be hosting a porkburger sale one day of the week. Additionally, themed days will consist of Tractor Day, Truck Day, Teacher Appreciation Day, Ag Olympics and a petting zoo. Students love the fun games and the buzz the activities bring to the school. Clay City’s FFA Chapter is a vital part of the school community and appreciated by students, staff and the community.
