DEERFIELD — Join for the 42nd Annual New Hampshire Farm, Forest and Garden Expo, returning to the Deerfield Fairgrounds from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, May 2; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, May 3.
This popular annual event brings together the best of farming, gardening, and forestry in a family-friendly environment filled with discovery, learning, and hands-on fun.
With a mission to promote preservation, sustainable practices, and local commerce, this year’s expo continues a proud tradition of connecting communities with New Hampshire’s rich agricultural heritage and future.
Engaging exhibits include everything from beekeeping and fiber arts to conservation groups and cutting-edge machinery.
There will be live demonstrations and family activities like the thrilling Dark Horse Lumberjack Show and free horse-drawn wagon rides.
Interactive workshops include topics like farm insurance, land preservation, forestry, fiber arts, gardening, and more.
New this year is the 4-H Clover Corner – a dedicated space filled with STEM-themed crafts, games, and learning stations for kids and adults.
The event covers three buildings and an expansive outdoor area on the fairgrounds.
