The Fairfield Glade Garden Club, in conjunction with Cumberland County High School, will be selling ferns and geraniums again this year.
The plants, grown throughout the semester by the students at CCHS, will be on sale April 22-23 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the CCHS Greenhouse. They will be available again at the Village Green Mall in Fairfield Glade from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, April 25, and 8 a.m.-noon Friday, April 26.
The ferns are $17 each and the geraniums are $8 each.
Proceeds from the sale will be split between the Fairfield Glade Garden Club’s Helena Schmidt Scholarship Fund and the CCHS Greenhouse maintenance program.
Shoppers are asked to brimg their own container(s) for transporting their plants home.
A bake sale will be held at the Village Green Mall on Thursday, April 25, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Delectable homemade goodies will be available for gifting or your personal pleasure. All proceeds benefit the Helena Schmidt Scholarship Fund, which gives scholarships to local high school seniors.
BirdDog Marketing will be at Village Green Mall during the sale.
The Helena Schmidt Scholarship Fund will receive $5 for every person who tests their product.
