CUMBERLAND — More than 20 wedding vendors will be under one roof Sunday for the 2026 Bridal Showcase, hosted by Allegany Magazine and the Cumberland Times-News.
The event, from noon to 3 p.m. at the Cumberland Outdoor Club, will give future brides, grooms, family and friends a range of local choices as their big days approach.
“Our hopes for it is that brides are looking for venues, or a DJ, or a photographer or something like that. These vendors are there with their calendar books to book,” said Chris Marhefka, regional director of advertising for the Times-News and Allegany Magazine. “So they’re ready to book and discuss and have face-to-face interactions with brides, mothers of brides, families, grooms to be.”
Following the showcase at 3 p.m., there will be a fashion show hosted by Maggie McCarty, owner of True Elegance & the Villa.
The event costs $5 for attendees.
With the ticket, attendees can sample a variety of services from vendors from flowers to food to photographers to venues. Prizes and raffles will be announced following the fashion show.
All attendees will receive a gift bag.
“This is all to make your day perfect when it’s your turn to walk down the aisle,” said Beth Martin, an account executive and digital media consultant for the Times-News and Allegany Magazine.
Tickets can be purchased online at https://www.cumberlandbridal.com/.
