BRICELYN — A Bricelyn man has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, illegal possession of firearms and domestic assault.
Michael Glenn Kinnicom, 50, was charged in Faribault County District Court following reports to police of an intoxicated individual threatening to kill himself on Oct. 26.
Officers discovered in the past two months, he sexually assaulted a person known to him, kept them against their will and possessed firearms despite being a convicted felon prohibited from owning them.
After locating Kinnicom and executing a search warrant at his Bricelyn residence, deputies found six firearms and ammunition, leading to his arrest for illegal possession, according to the criminal complaint.
