• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 7200 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard at 3:12 p.m. Monday. He was charged with petit larceny and is accused of taking more than $89 worth of merchandise without paying for the items.
• ARREST: A North Tonawanda woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 7200 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard at 1:22 p.m. Nov. 29. She was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny and is accused of taking more than $78 worth of merchandise without paying for the items. Police said Bedell had previously been barred from entering the store.
• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 800 block of Portage Road at 9:58 a.m. Saturday. She was charged with petit larceny and second-degree criminal impersonation. She is accused of taking more than $3 worth of merchandise without paying for the items. Police said Guerra also gave them a false name during the booking process.
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after he entered an active crime scene in the 1000 block of Cleveland Avenue at 7:27 p.m. Oct. 31. He was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after an incident in the 8200 block of Buffalo Avenue at 8:15 p.m. Oct. 31. He was charged with second-degree menacing. He is accused of having a knife or sickle-like weapon during a neighbor dispute.
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after he allegedly pointed a rifle at a female victim in the 1900 block of 19th Street at 8:34 p.m. Saturday. Trey N. Hamilton, 1912 Niagara St., was charged with second-degree menacing. A woman was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct during the incident.
