ARREST
A Falls woman was arrested in the area of 75th Street and Lindbergh Avenue after leading police on a short high-speed chase as they attempted to execute an arrest warrant at 10:13 a.m. Saturday. She was charged with third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, speed not reasonable and prudent, failure to stop at a stop sign, reckless driving, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

A man and woman were arrested after officers said they interfered in their investigation of a shooting incident in the 1900 block of Cudaback Avenue at 5 a.m. Sunday. They were charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct.

A Ransomville woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 7400 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard at 2:40 p.m. Sunday. She was charged with petit larceny and is accused of taking more than $61 worth of merchandise without paying for the items.
