• ARREST: A Buffalo woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 1500 block of Military Road at 5 p.m. Thursday. She was charged with petit larceny and is accused of taking five video games worth more than $109 without paying for them.
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a theft from a store at Hyde Park Boulevard and Niagara Avenue at 3:37 a.m. Jan. 19. He was charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary. He is accused of taking 11 packs of Newport cigarettes, valued at more than $117, by jumping over a counter and grabbing the items. Officers apprehended him as he attempted to flee the scene on a bicycle.
