ARREST
A North Tonawanda man was arrested Tuesday on sexual assault-related charges after an investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau. Cole Kish, 24, was charged with first-degree criminal sexual act, first-degree sex abuse, promoting a sexual performance by a child and criminal act. No further details of the investigation were released.
ARREST
A Falls man was arrested on a drunken driving charge after a traffic stop in the 2900 block of North Avenue at 5:25 a.m. Feb. 21. The 35-year-old was charged with driving while intoxicated. Police said they found him asleep in his vehicle with one open bottle and two empty bottles of tequila.
ARREST
A Falls man was arrested on a burglary-related charge after police stopped him in the 700 block of 19th Street at 1:18 a.m. Saturday. The 34-year-old man was charged with possession of burglar tools. Police said they stopped him and another man after they saw them dragging a garbage bin down the street. Inside the bin, officers found an air compressor and a collection of power tools. Police said the man also had a pair of bolt cutters and suspected narcotics in his possession when he was stopped.
ARREST
A Falls man was arrested on multiple charges after being stopped by Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino security officers for violating a trespass notice at 11:30 p.m. Sunday. The 59-year-old man was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Officers said he had a card credit card in his possession that had been reported stolen from a vehicle break-in.
