Balloons and black lights usher in ‘Noon Year’s Eve’

DERRY — In a fun twist to the Times Square midnight ball drop, local children took part in a “Noon Year’s Eve” event at the public library, complete with a black-light dance and balloon drop.
Kids could also take photos in a Selfi Station and make a toast to the New Year with a cup of Ginger Ale.
