BLOOMINGTON — Kristy Ashby has been promoted to loan operations specialist at WEPCO Federal Credit Union.
In her new role, Ashby will be assisting the loan manager with the daily operations of the loan department and overseeing the indirect and mortgage loan programs.
Ashby has been serving the members in many roles for 26 years, with her previous position as mortgage apecialist at the Keyser, West Virginia, branch.
WEPCO serves over 41,000 members and has assets exceeding $383 million. WEPCO’s main office is located in Bloomington with three full-service branch offices located in Keyser, LaVale, Oakland and two branches in Cumberland.
