After a down season, the Rangers have already surpassed their win total from last year, now undefeated at 3-0 following a statement victory over North Andover. Joey Tavares was excellent in six innings of work, striking out eight Scarlet Knight batters and only allowing one hit. Nolan Smith drove in three runs at the plate.
Pinkerton 9, Bedford 4
In a potential state championship battle, the Astros rolled over Bedford, despite getting out-hit, 11-6. Scoring five runs in the second inning, Michael Cioffi drove in two runs on a two-hit afternoon. Leo Boucher struck out seven batters over three innings.
Salem 12, Manchester Central/West 2
Led by Aaron Masson’s four RBIs, Salem tacked on sixth runs in the sixth inning to roll over the Knights. Derek Boodoo had two RBIs, and Kyle Giarusso had three hits.
Timberlane 4, Spaulding 1
In a great game, Matthew Fitzgerald drove in three runs while striking out seven hitters on the mound, pushing the Owls to a victory. Logan Brandano earned the save with three strikeouts in the 7th inning, while Kieran Lamb scored two runs.
Middlesex School 6, Brooks School 3
Scoring five runs in the first inning, Middlesex put Brooks in an early hole that was too much to come back from. Sophomore Jonathan Stokes had two hits on the day for Brooks, while Charlie Rousmaniere pitched the final three innings in shutout fashion.
Dover 14, Windham 0
The Jaguars struggled to get anything going all afternoon, falling to Dover. Windham is now 0-2, hosting Alvirne next on Monday.
Lowell 7, Haverhill 6
The Hillies fell to Lowell on Wednesday evening.
Lawrence 3, Dracut 2
Arien Placencia went four strong innings of one-hit ball for the win. Michael Caba tossed three shutout, no-hit innings for the save.

Pinkerton 13, Bedford 0
Throwing a no-hitter, Mollie Wheale was unstoppable, striking out 13 Bedford batters and getting two hits at the plate. Abby Carvalho drove in four runs in the victory, while Julia Caruso added 3.
Haverhill 5, Billerica 2
Pitcher Cayla Irwin earned the win for the Hillies, striking out five batters. Gianna Pistone, Ava Moscaritolo, and Kaelyn Mazzaglia each had two hits on the day for Haverhill.
Timberlane 8, Spaulding 3
Led by Dagny Ouellette’s two RBIs, Timberlane had an impressive afternoon versus Spaulding. Ouellette was one of three Timberlane batters to drive in two runs, along with Madison McFadden and Audrina Cordeiro.
Windham 17, Dover 7
Senior Kailee Pendleton hit her first career home and had three RBIs to lead the Jaguars to a convincing victory. Anna Mitrou had 3 hits to go with 3 RBIs, while Claire Ballard pitched five innings for nine strikeouts to earn her second win of the season.
Milford 13, Pelham 4
Despite the loss, Aubrin Berger had herself a day at the place, going 3-for-4 and scoring two runs. Sophia Forristall had two hits and made multiple plays at shortstop. Pelham looks to rebound on Friday versus Bow.
Salem 23, Manchester Central/West 1
Jaelyn Boretti went five strong innings for the 1-1 Blue Devils, striking out nine in the win. Salem pounded 24 hits, led by Vanessa Ventullo, who enjoyed a 5 for 6 day.

The Raiders took care of business in preparation for Monday’s battle at Silver Lake Regional.

North Andover 4, Tewksbury 1
Despite trailing early, Kate Fry brought the Scarlet Knights right back, winning her singles match 6-1 and 6-0, en route to a North Andover win. Duos Emma Roshi and Keerthana Suresh dominated the doubles, 6-3 and 6-1.
Andover 5, Lowell 0
In nearly a total sweep, with Lowell losing 6-1 twice and 6-0 otherwise, the Warriors completely dominated over the Red Raiders. Singles Hila Berman and Celeste Milner each went 6-0, 6-0. Andover is now 6-0 on the season.
Pinkerton 6, Nashua South 3
Kicked off by a fantastic opening round singles match, with Pinkerton’s Amelia Coyle coming out on top, 8-6, the Astros defeated Nashua South. Mia Rivard also won her singles match, 8-1, while the two won their doubles match, 8-1.
Central Catholic 3, Methuen 2
Led by Haley Wolters, Central defeated Methuen. Doubles Ella Gregorio and Ella Asmar, as well as Catherine Butler and Melina Panagiotakopolous, each won for the Raiders.
Littleton 8, Pelham 0
The Pythons fell to Pelham on Wednesday. Kathryn Haley had the match of the afternoon, falling in a tiebreaker after a long and intense match.

Derryfield 7, Salem 2
Against undefeated Derryfield, the Blue Devils fell despite close matches throughout the day. Alex St. Laurent won his singles match for Salem, while doubles Max Condon and Max Sylvester also won.
Lowell 5, Haverhill 0
The Red Raiders stormed over the Hillies on Wednesday afternoon. Jesse Rubera had an incredible tiebreaker match versus Gavin Minott, falling in the third set, 10-8.

It was all Jaguars on Wednesday afternoon, led by goalie Anthony Shi with 13 saves. Sam Kramer scored three goals along with four assists, while Corey Wickman also scored three goals.

Masconomet 9, Methuen 8
While the Rangers fell, Kiera Fitzpatrick reached the 200 career goal plateau, scoring four in the loss. Her sister, Kate Fitzpatrick, scored three goals alongside her. Meghan Terry made eight saves in net.

Dracut 3, Haverhill 1
Despite 22 assists from Peter Grillo, the Hillies fell to Dracut. Kole Sindoni led Haverhill with 9 kills while Brady Paris had 6 digs.
Pinkerton 3, Timberlane 0
Following a tight first set, the Astros overpowered Timberlane, taking down the Owls in a sweep. Ben Koelb dished out 10 assists, while Kaden Layne and Parker Townsend each put up over ten kills.
Billerica 3, Central Catholic 2
Trailing 2-0, Central stormed back to force a fifth set, before ultimately falling to Billerica. Michael Najjar had 20 assists, while Sebastian Masse led the Raiders with 12 kills.
Lowell 3, North Andover 0
The Scarlet Knights fell to powerhouse Lowell. Carson Wong had 18 assists while Prady Mistry had 14 digs. North Andover is now 4-5.
