Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from public records taken from reports from local law enforcement agencies.
• A 40-year-old Chatsworth woman was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of marijuana, possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and improper lane change/failure to maintain lane.
• A 19-year-old Chatsworth man was charged Tuesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance and possession and use of drug-related objects.
• A 17-year-old Chatsworth man was charged Tuesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with driving without a class C or higher licensed driver 21 or older in the vehicle and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• A 37-year-old Dalton man was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault (weapon), possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
• A 32-year-old LaFayette, Colorado, man was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule 4 drug, felony fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer, failure to maintain lane, speeding and reckless driving.
• A 29-year-old Dalton man was charged Tuesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with criminal trespass (damage of $500 or less), DUI, reckless driving and three counts of DUI (endangering a child).
• A 52-year-old Resaca man was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession and use of drug-related objects.
• A 44-year-old Tunnel Hill man was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault (weapon) and aggravated stalking.
