Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from public records taken from reports from local law enforcement agencies.
• A 43-year-old Dalton man was charged Thursday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended or revoked license, standards for brake lights violation and possession of meth.
• A 43-year-old Chatsworth man was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, improper lane change/failure to maintain lane, reckless driving and driving without a valid license.
• A 21-year-old Dalton man was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with intentional inhalation of model glue.
• A 30-year-old Chatsworth man was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of aggravated assault (weapon) and misdemeanor theft by taking/larceny/other.
• A 30-year-old Dalton man was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI (drugs).
• A 49-year-old Dalton man was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and bicycle must be on the right side of the roadway.
• A 49-year-old Dalton man was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and felony probation violation.
• A 24-year-old Dalton man was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with felony fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer, safety belts violation (adults), reckless driving, driving without a valid license, failure to stop at a stop sign, when lighted headlights and other lights required violation, failure to maintain lane/driving on the wrong side of the road and speeding and by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, DUI (drugs), failure to maintain lane/driving on the wrong side of the road, felony fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer and failure to maintain lane.
