MOULTRIE – The Fall Moultrie Automotive Swap Meet and Car Corral is in its 33rd year at Spence Field and will be held Nov. 17-19.
The three-day automotive event is a place where auto enthusiasts can find vehicle parts and automotive tools, antique and modern vehicles for sale and lots of advice and conversation from other enthusiasts.
“At present we have approximately 4,000 spaces taken by venders and cars for sell spaces. We have registration from over 25 states attending the event,” said Dustin Kelley of the Automotive Swap Meet and Car Corral.
For people who may not necessarily be vehicle enthusiasts, the show also offers jewelry, crafts, clothing, candles, women’s accessories, collectibles and special interest items, and food vendors.
The event is the South’s largest swap meet of its kind with 70,000 square feet of inside spaces and over 4,000 square feet of outside spaces. Parking is free to event-goers.
When asked for advice to first time attendees to the swap meet, Kelley said, “For those first time attendees wear a comfortable pair of shoes.”
The show’s hours are: Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Admission is cash only, $10 per person on Friday and Saturday and $5 on Sunday with children under 12 free all days.
No pets, golf carts, bicycles, ATV’s, SxS’s or mini bikes are allowed in the swap meet or car corral areas.
