NEWTON — The town will celebrate its 275th anniversary this month with a weekend of fun and celebration that begins at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, at the Newton Fire Station with a free BBQ and the movie “Ratatouille.”
Saturday, Sept. 14, will be full of surprises. Local bands will be playing while attendees will enjoy grilled delights from the Kingston Lions Club, snacks from the Purple Snack Shak, and ice cream from Sonny Boys.
