The American Legion Band of the Tonawandas will perform its annual Veterans Day Concert, a stirring musical tribute to the men and women who have served our nation with honor and courage, at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Cardinal O’Hara Performing Arts Center, 39 O’Hara Rd, Tonawanda.
This year’s program features a blend of patriotic classics, historical reflections, and spirited marches performed by Western New York’s premier concert band. Under the direction of Matthew Cool, the 80-member ensemble — and 2024 American Legion Concert Band National Champion — will deliver a symphonic Pops program in the grand tradition of John Philip Sousa.

Plus familiar show tunes and rousing military band spectaculars,

Founded in 1929, the American Legion Band of the Tonawandas has a proud legacy of musical excellence and community service, performing up to 30 concerts and parades annually. The band remains dedicated to upholding the great traditions of the American Legion and enriching the cultural life of Western New York.
Ticket are $13 in advance or $15 at the door. Veterans pay $5.
