CLEARWATER, Fla. — Allegany graduate Kyra Pittman, a senior at the University of Pittsburgh, spun a shutout against Kennesaw State on Saturday.
Pittman guided the Panthers to a 2-0 win, allowing three hits over seven innings with three strikeouts and two walks.
The game was part of the NFCA Division I Leadoff Classic at the Eddie C. Moore Complex over the weekend. Pitt finished the tournament with a 3-2 record.
