The Merrimack Valley Conference/Dual County League recently announced its postseason awards in girls hockey.
In Division 1, Lydia Barnes and Ryan Sheehy, of Methuen/Tewksbury, were named the Player of the Year and Coach of the Year, respectively.
Four other players were named All-Conference: Riley Hunter (Andover); Mia Kmiec (HPNA) and Sammy Ryan and Lyla Chapman (Methuen/Tewksbury).
In Division 2, Central Catholic’s Lucy Irwin was named the Sportsmanship Award winner and Sloan Costa was named to the All-Conference team.
