CUMBERLAND — Allegany completed a sweep over Cumberland City League opponents, defeating visiting Bishop Walsh 56-24 on Saturday.
Avery Miller led all scorers with 16 points for the Campers (12-7, 4-0 City League).
Miller scored 14 in the first half and added seven steals and six rebounds.
In Allegany’s previous game against Clear Spring, Miller tied the school record with 11 steals.
She tied Courtney Landis who recorded 11 against Musselman in 2012.
Ella Shade finished with 14 points, four rebounds and three assists. Shade hit four 3-pointers.
Autumn Hoppert led the Spartans with 14 points (7-13, 0-3 City League).
She shot 6 of 9 at the free-throw line.
The Campers led 21-8 after one quarter, 36-12 at halftime and 49-21 after three quarters.
Allegany is at Shalom on Monday at 4 p.m. Bishop Walsh hosts Northern on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
