CUMBERLAND — A city man was served an arrest warrant Friday for an alleged assault that occurred Sept. 12 in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Cumberland Police said.
Daquan Ali Stepney, 20, was charged with first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
He was being held Saturday without bond in the Allegany County Detention Center.
Police did not provide additional information about the incident.
