A magic show, themed “Ready, Set, Grow!”, closed out Sawyer Free Library’s “Plant a Seed, Read!” summer reading program.
Tuesday’s show featured Magic Mike Bent performing sleights of hand, audience participation and humor.
Kindergartners through sixth-graders who read 500 minutes over the summer will receive a Topsfield Fair Prize Package: Read & Win ribbon and certification, one admission ticket to the fair, tickets for two rides, one voucher for a hot dog and drink, and a book of their choice.
