MANCHESTER-BY-THE-SEA — Annual Town Meeting convenes Monday evening to consider a slew of planning articles and more than $30 million in capital requests.
On the meeting warrant are 29 articles. Town Meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. April 27 at Memorial Elementary School, 43 Lincoln St.
The “money articles” will be considered first, followed by several zoning measures and then ending with citizens petitions, Select Board Chair Ann Harrison said previously.
Officials have said it may take a second night to finish Town Meeting business. If so, the meeting will continue Tuesday, April 28. A quorum of 100 voters is needed both nights for the meeting to convene.
