CUMBERLAND — Some downtown streets will be closed Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. as the city’s Christmas tree is installed.
The street closures include Baltimore from Liberty to Centre and Liberty from Frederick to Baltimore.
No vehicle access will be permitted, but pedestrian access will remain open.
