CUMBERLAND — Police continue to search for a suspect in a reported home invasion and robbery at a Pennsylvania Avenue residence late Tuesday, according to Cumberland Police.
Police were called to the 100 block about 10:40 p.m. A victim told officers that an unknown male approximately 6 foot 3 inches tall forced entry into the residence and demanded money.
A county public service text message at 11:21 p.m. alerted citizens to the incident.
There were no injuries and Cumberland Police is being assisted by the Allegany County Combined Criminal Investigations Unit.
