The deadline for candidates to submit their application for election to the Fairfield Glade Community Club’s board of directors is approaching fast.
Three positions are open for election this year: one interval owner (timeshare) position, one declarant director, and one property owner at-large position.
The 2025 application packet is available at fairfieldglade.com under the 2025 Board of Directors Election section.
Candidate applications must be completed and returned in electronic format by noon Wednesday, June 4; specific instructions for submission are contained in the application packet.
Any member in good standing who has or will have owned real property in Fairfield Glade for at least three years prior to the Friday, Sept. 19, annual meeting is eligible for election. In good standing is defined as not being delinquent with respect to payment of assessments, fees and fines.
Potential candidates must be willing to attend all board meetings and to allot the additional time needed for board meeting preparation, board committee liaison duties, and other board business.
Community Club bylaws also preclude any FGCC employee, whether designated as full time, part time, temporary, seasonal, or other category, from holding the position of at-large director.

All members are encouraged to log onto fairfieldglade.com to verify that their account is in good standing in order to be eligible to vote.
Any account balance as of Monday, June 30, will result in a status of not in good standing.
