Boys Volleyball
Haverhill 3, Whittier Tech 0
In a match between the two rival schools, Haverhill prevailed in three sets by scores of 25-17, 25-22 and 33-31.
Junior outside hitter Brady Paris led the way with 13 kills, while sophomore setter Peter Grillo was immense with 31 assists. Also giving a hand in the win were freshman outside hitter John Santos with eight digs and three aces and sophomore middle hitter Kole Sindoni with four blocks.
For Whittier Tech, Leo Flores had five kills and four blocks and Nate Gutierrez had 11 service points.
Central Catholic 3
Essex Tech 0
The Raiders (1-10) won their first match of the season with a clean sweep with scores of 28-26, 25-19 and 25-20.
Owen Fulks and Steven Gibson led the way with eight kills each. Michael Najjar had a big night with 20 assists, 12 service points with three aces. Elijah Hong added 15 digs and two aces.

Lowell Catholic 1
The Reggies improved to 11-3 on the season in a four set win by scores of 25-22, 25-19, 21-25 and 25-19.
Haziel Revi was terrific serving 16 points, including four aces. Joel De La Rosa finished the game with 19 kills, Jose Pena had three blocks and Anthony Rubim finished with three blocks, 44 assists, and 18 digs.
Girls Lacrosse
Methuen 12, Arlington 8
Senior Kiera Fitzpatrick scored three goals and added three assists to reach 300 career points in her career. Her twin sister Kate Fitzpatrick added three goals and two assists. Elizabeth Descheneaux (1 goal, 1 assist), Allie Bolduc (1 goal, 2 assists) and Chloe Pickett and Kaya Sweder accounted for the other tallies.
Goalie Meghan Terry made nine saves for the win.

Senior Kerri Finneran scored four goals and had six draw controls, which gave her 500 in her career. Liv Rondeau and Lila Christy scored the other goals. Anne Cashman made seven saves in net for Central (8-6-0).

At third singles, Olivia Dicker lost her match 6-3, 6-2, and the doubles teams of Chelsea Taabi and Abby Mistrettal, and Grace Pelletier and Gabby Bailey lost their matches by the same 6-3, 6-1 scores.

Andover 19, Burlington 4
The Golden Warriors cruised to the victory behind the performances from Nolan Dowling, who has four goals all in the first quarter, and Cam Brosnan, who added three goals and two assists.

Dracut 7
The Knights were led by senior midfielder Trey Kean who had five goals and four assists, junior attackman Matt Donovan with three goals and two assists, and junior attackman Tommy Farrell who cashed in with three goals and one assist.
Sophomore midfielder Josh Kuberski dished out three assists, senior defenseman Santi Alvarez dominated his matchup on the defensive side of the ball, and senior goaltender Brayden Santora made 13 saves to help secure the North Andover (6-7) victory over an 8-win Middies team.

The Reggies earned their tenth win and qualified for the state tournament after the three-match sweep (25-13, 28-26 and 25-14).
Anthony Rubim led the way with 12 service points, 33 assists, Haziel Revi fired off two aces, Janiel Vizcaino finished with 11 kills, Jose Pena had three blocks and Joel De La Rosa chipped in with 17 digs.
Girls Lacrosse
Pinkerton 17, Exeter 12
Hannah Lisauskas and Francesca Doyle were too much to stop, combining for nine goals and seven assists. Also adding to the offense were Delaney Summers (4 goals, 1 assist), Elise Collins (2 goals) and Sookie Folsom (2 goals, 1 assist).
Goalie Sara DiClemente made six saves for the win.

Gr. Law/Nashoba Tech 6
Gr. Law/Nashoba (5-5) dropped a close non-league contest despite four goals from Alanna Alden and two goals from Delaney Auger. Brooklyn Kluck added an assist and goalie Amber King had 7 saves.

Both Conor Walsh (6 goals, 2 assists) and Kyle DiCredico (4-4) had eight point games to lead the Wildcats. Jack Chase added two goals and an assist, Reid Archambault had a goal and an assist, and Mike Valhouli had one goal. Lucas Keefe chipped in with two assists and also won 18 of 20 faceoffs.

Ava Moscaritolo had a double and drove in two runs. Kaelyn Mazzaglia had an RBI and Reece Favalora and Emmy Monrreal had doubles.

Pinkerton Academy 2
Brielle Fox went 3 for 3 with a double and Alyssa Camell was 2 for 3 but that wasn’t enough as the Astros got edged out. Pitcher Mollie Wheale struck out eight over six innings of work.

Hunter Braiser earned the win going four scoreless innings, giving up one hit and striking out five. He was helped offensively by Brendan Horne, who was 2 for 3, including a double and knocking in three.
