PLAISTOW — The 238 graduates of Timberlane Regional High School’s Class of 2025 kept with tradition Saturday by hurling their mortarboards into the air at the conclusion of the ceremonies.
They had a lot to be proud of and to celebrate as the ceremony included Gov. Kelly Ayotte who spoke to the graduates and the assembled family members and well-wishers.
The gates to the field opened at 8:45 a.m. and the ceremony started at 10 a.m.
Class President and Valedictorian Elizabeth Hammer and Salutatorian Joseph Fox IV delivered speeches to their classmates while the class essay was delivered by Sebastian Schatz, who finished third in his class.
Student Council President Spencer Munson lead the salute to the class followed by speeches from Ayotte, Timberland Regional School District Superintendent Justin Krieger, Timberlane Regional School Board Chair Katie Knutsen and Timberlane Regional High School Principal John Vaccarezza.
Timberlane graduates come from Plaistow, Atkinson, Sandown and Danville.
