MANKATO — A downtown block reopened to traffic Thursday after being closed for several days.
Second Street from Hickory to Walnut had been closed this week while city crews work on repairing a sewer line to the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center, according to a spokesman for the city. A detour has been lifted for traffic near the intersection.
