Safe return: State police seek owner of antique safe found on highway

CHEBOYGAN — Michigan State Police officials are looking for the owner of an antique safe — to ensure its safe return.
The safe was found on North Straits Highway near Wing Road in Cheboygan County on May 8, 2024.
“We are looking for any information that will help us return the safe to the rightful owner,” said MSP Lt. Ashley Miller.
She requested those with information contact the MSP’s Gaylord Post at 989-732-2778.
