BRANDYWINE, W.Va. — Petersburg won a six-team, 18-hole match on Thursday at Fisher Mountain, hosted by Pendleton County.
The Vikings won with a score of 331, followed by Hampshire (344), Keyser (362), Pendleton County (377), Tygarts Valley (393) and Frankfort (393).
Petersburg’s Lucas Riggleman was the low medalist, shooting 74.
Hampshire’s Parker Charlton finished second carding 79 while the Vikings’ Matthew Riggleman took third place with an 80.
Frankfort’s Bryson Moorehead (81) and Pendleton County’s Dylan Eye (82) rounded out the top five.
Keyser’s Ryan Pratt (84), Hampshire’s Peyton Vanmeter (85), Petersburg’s Ayden Gossard (88) and Austin Kuh (89) and Hampshire’s Brayden Hott (89) completed the top 10 finishers.
Individual scores outside the top 10 were not provided.
Frankfort and Hampshire play at The Woods, hosted by Spring Mills on Monday at 9 a.m.
Frankfort, Hampshire, Jefferson, Petersburg and Washington head to Polish Pines on Wednesday to face Keyser in an 18-hole match at 2 p.m.
