NEWBURYPORT — U.S. Environmental Protection Agency marine biologist Dr. Phil Colarusso will be speaking at the next Storm Surge presentation on Thursday, at 7 p.m. at the Newburyport Senior/Community Center, 331 High St., Newburyport. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Colarusso will explore the role of seagrass meadows and wetlands in strengthening coastal resilience, mitigating climate change, and supporting marine biodiversity.
