Lynyrd Skynyrd is celebrating 50 years since the release of their iconic debut album “Pronounced ‘Lĕh-’nérd ‘Skin-’nérd” with anniversary tour dates in Canada and the U.K.
The band will make a stop in Niagara Falls on the Canadian side on Sept. 19, at the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino.
Tickets went on sale on Jan. 24 via Ticketmaster.
Tickets are also available through secondary market platforms such as Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, and StubHub, which offer verified tickets with buyer guarantees.
These resale platforms may offer below-face-value pricing and availability for sold-out shows, depending on demand.
Lynyrd Skynyrd, known for Southern rock anthems like “Sweet Home Alabama,” “Freebird” and “Simple Man,” previously did a farewell tour in 2019 but still show no signs of slowing down.
The current lineup includes Johnny Van Zant (vocals), Rickey Medlocke (guitar), Mark “Sparky” Matejka (guitar), Michael Cartellone (drums), Keith Christopher (bass), Peter Keys (keyboards), Carol Chase (vocals), and Stacy Michelle (vocals).
The band will be joined by The Outlaws for their Canadian tour, which will cover 10 cities across eight provinces, beginning Sept. 10.
